RCMP Accreditation

At Lotey Fingerprinting, your security and trust are our highest priorities. We are officially accredited by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to electronically capture and submit fingerprints directly to the Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS), using our secure, RCMP-approved Direct Connect infrastructure.

What RCMP Accreditation Means

Being accredited by the RCMP is a mark of national-level compliance and trust. This status is only awarded after passing a rigorous screening and inspection process, which includes:

Secure Data Handling

Fingerprints  are submitted electronically via our own Direct Connect system, meeting all federal encryption and privacy standards.

Staff Security Clearance

Every team member undergoes a background check and RCMP-approved security clearance.

Facility Compliance

Physical inspections ensure that each location meets requirements for secure document storage, surveillance, and access control.

️ Note: Lotey Fingerprinting (Lotey Associates Inc.) is not permitted to access or retain any criminal record information. We only transmit  fingerprints securely to the RCMP.
